About the role

At Pacific Marketing we’re on a mission to make our clients' everyday lives easier through smart CRM, marketing automation and AI tools.

We are looking for a CRM specialist with experience of working with HubSpot to join our growing team.

Pacific Marketing is part agency, part consultancy, specialising in HubSpot and Beacon CRM projects. From conception and design to platform implementation, we help our clients unlock the full potential of their chosen platform.

We work with clients from B2B and Non-Profit sectors, predominantly in the UK but also in Europe, North America and Asia.

This is a hands-on role, where you will be working on multiple projects at any one time. We work as a collaborative team so you will get the opportunity to work on a bit of everything across our varied client-base and add value to everything you touch.

This role’s focus is on the design and implementation of new CRM solutions as well as the optimisation of our clients’ existing HubSpot / Beacon CRMs.

Your responsibilities:
  • Managing client projects from conception to completion.
  • Designing and facilitating fact finding workshops with clients to establish requirements.
  • Reviewing and documenting clients’ existing processes through workshops and background documentation reviews.
  • Completing configuration audits and data analysis of existing implementations to establish opportunities for improvement, rationalisation and extension.
  • Leading CRM implementations through the project lifecycle, from inception, through discovery and design, build, test, rollout and training.
  • Building strong relationships with charity clients through project engagement and ongoing relationship management.
  • Production of external training materials (written and video) and internal best practice guides.
  • Building and launching marketing campaigns for our clients, including design and build of emails, landing/web pages, and social content.
  • Staying abreast of the latest product developments on both HubSpot and Beacon CRM and keeping our clients informed of new tools and opportunities.
Key skills & attributes:
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, practices, and technologies including the end-to-end customer journey and go-to-market process (lead gen and marketing nurture > sales pipeline > customer onboarding > operational customer support.)
  • 3+ years experience working with HubSpot CRM (particularly Marketing, Content and Sales Hubs.)
  • Experience working with Beacon CRM would be beneficial.
  • Logical mindset with a strong ability to solve problems.
  • Strong data analysis and data mapping skills to support data design, data quality analysis and data migration.
  • Experience in facilitating both in person and virtual workshops to gather client needs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate client needs into data solutions that are both resilient and extensible.
  • An ability to translate technical solutions into non-technical language.
  • Coming up with fresh ideas for clients to get their most from their CRM investment.
  • Liaising with clients and ensuring all needs are met.
  • High standards of written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to lead demos, coming well prepared and taking initiative.
  • Patience and level-headedness.
  • Courage and Grit - sometimes you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and dig into a project or workstream that you’re not prepared for.
  • Accomplished user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Experience using Canva beneficial.
  • A strong eye for detail and ability to strategically investigate alternatives.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
Benefits:
  • FTE equivalent salary of £40,000pa.
  • 25 days (pro-rata) holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Flexible start/finish times to suit your life
  • Dedicated ‘learning’ time
  • At least one day paid volunteering each year for our chosen charity
